The Cast

Meet the cast of "The American Revolution". They come from all over the world. Some of them are from right here in Philadelphia. Find out what they love about the show.

Kiersten Adams

Hometown: Philadelphia, PA

Why did you want to be part of “The American Revolution”: I have been on a mission to try new things to find out what fits me. This is just such an amazing concept I just had to try and be a part of it!

Myriam Bloom

Hometown: Lawrence, KS

Why did you want to be part of “The American Revolution”: I leapt at the chance to be a part of show where the platform style of performance breathes life into the figures and scenes of history. This fun, silly style helps the audience (and actors) see and feel history as more than just words on a page, or paintings on a wall.

Frankie Ferrari

Hometown: St. Louis, MO

Why did you want to be part of “The American Revolution”: I find this approach to storytelling so exhilarating as both an audience member and a performer. This show grips your imagination with two hands and takes it on an adventure while flying through the history of the American Revolution.

Dre’Land Goar

Hometown: Philadelphia, PA

Why did you want to be part of “The American Revolution”: I am eager to play with other talented individuals, telling the tale of the American Revolution in a way that is captivating, educational, and down right funny.

Connor Hogan

Hometown: Deer Park, NY

Why did you want to be part of “The American Revolution”: Getting to work on a story that is rooted in the history of Philadelphia is an incredible honor and I seek to explore how we can tell that story in a way that reveals the horrors and joys of all people living during that time.

Brooke Shilling

Hometown: New York, NY

Why did you want to be part of “The American Revolution”: As a physical theatre performer, I love the constraint of creating a world and of retelling the magnitudes of history on a teeny tiny stage. Truly unique, I am excited to create a really ~close~ ensemble.

Craig Storrod

Hometown: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Why did you want to be part of “The American Revolution”: As a Brit living in the US, this story has extra special significance to me. Britain is still grappling with some of its historical choices and conversations around issues such as colonization need to be had. Shows like The American Revolution help to facilitate those discussions.
